  • 5 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple (1 small can undrained)
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin

Directions

    Combine rhubarb, sugar and pineapple; bring to a boil.

    Boil for 10 minutes.

    Remove from heat.

    Add gelatin; mix well.

    Pour into small glasses or jars; seal with hot, melted paraffin.
