- 5 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 c. crushed pineapple (1 small can undrained)
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
Directions

1Combine rhubarb, sugar and pineapple; bring to a boil.

2Boil for 10 minutes.

3Remove from heat.

4Add gelatin; mix well.

5Pour into small glasses or jars; seal with hot, melted paraffin.
