- 3 c. rhubarb, cut fine
- 1 c. drained crushed pineapple
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
Directions

1Place all ingredients, except jello, into a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat.

2Allow to boil for approximately 12 minutes, or until pineapple is tender.

3Stir frequently. Remove from heat; pour in the strawberry jello.

4Stir until dissolved.

5Pour into jars; let cool for 30 minutes, then cover.
