Ingredients

  • 2 c. rhubarb, cut into small pieces
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O

Directions

    Pour enough water into rhubarb to keep from sticking.

    Add sugar and cook until tender.

    Remove from heat, stir in dry jello. Makes 1 1/2 pints.
