- 5 c. chopped rhubarb
- 4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (juice included)
- 1 large box strawberry jello
Directions

1Cook rhubarb and sugar (on low heat and keep stirring) for 5 minutes.

2Add pineapple and juice.

3Cook 10 minutes.

4Remove from heat and immediately stir in strawberry jello.

5Stir until jello is completely dissolved.

6Chill before serving.

7This can be frozen or canned.
