  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 c. cut up rhubarb

Directions

    Line a 9-inch pie tin with pastry.

    Put in rhubarb.

    Mix other ingredients and pour over.

    Bake about 15 minutes at 400°, then reduce heat to 325° and bake about 40 minutes longer.
