  • 3 c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. tapioca
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 box strawberry Jell-O (3 oz.)
  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Directions

    Pour boiling water over the rhubarb and then drain.

    Place the drained rhubarb in a bowl and add all the other ingredients.

    Bake at 350° until rhubarb is tender and crust is baked.
