  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 c. rhubarb
  • 1 plain pastry recipe

Directions

    Mix flour and sugar together.

    Add 1 beaten egg and mix well. Coat cut up rhubarb with flour and egg mixture.

    Turn into bottom crust and cover with top crust.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until done.
