- 3 tablespoons firm butter
- 2 12 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 12 cup quick-cooking oats
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 12 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 23 cup fruit preserves, any flavor
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Grease 2 cookie sheets.

3Cut butter into baking mix and oats until mixture resembles fine crumbs.

4Stir in sugar, milk and vanilla.

5Turn onto surface dusted with baking mix, roll in baking mix to coat.

6Shape into ball, knead 10 times.

7Roll into 14 inch square on surface dusted with baking mix.

8Trim irregular edges.

9Cut into sixteen 3 1/2 inch squares.

10Place 2 tsp preserves diagonally across eash square.

11Pinch remaining two corners firmly together over center of filling, transfer to cookie cheets.

12Bake 13 minutes or until golden brown.

13Cool 10 minutes.

14Drizzle with your favorite Glaze recipe.
