  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • rhubarb
  • pie crust

Directions

    Mix eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla and cinnamon together. Fill pie crust 3/4 full of rhubarb.
