- 4 c. rhubarb, sliced to 1-inch pieces
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1/2 box strawberry jello (dry)
Directions

1Combine rhubarb, sugar, tapioca and jello.

2Mix well and set aside while preparing the crust.

3Line pie plate with your favorite crust.

4Fill with rhubarb filling.

5Sprinkle the crushed pineapple over the filling.

6Adjust top crust and seal. Bake at 425° for 30 to 40 minutes.
