- 4 c. rhubarb, sliced or frozen
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Make pastry and line pie pan.

2Place prepared rhubarb on crust.

3Mix flour with sugar and sprinkle over rhubarb.

4Dot with butter.

5Cover with top crust and bake in 450° oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 375°.

6Cook 30 minutes.
