  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 c. rhubarb
  • butter

Directions

    Prepare dough for crust; place in pie pan for bottom crust. Mix ingredients together and dot with butter.

    Put on top crust and sprinkle with sugar.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes and then turn down to 350° for 35 minutes.
