  • 4 c. rhubarb
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
  • pastry for double crust

Directions

    Combine sugar, flour and jello in powdered form.

    Add chopped rhubarb.

    Put mixture in lined pie pan.

    Top with crust.

    Bake at 400° until crust browns, then 350° for about 60 minutes or until the rhubarb is tender.
