  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell
  • 4 or 5 c. rhubarb
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix together and pour over rhubarb the sugar, salt, egg yolks, flour and milk.

    Bake at 375° until done.

    Put on meringue and brown at 425° for 5 minutes.
