  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 2 1/2 c. rhubarb
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. canned milk
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except rhubarb and pie shell.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Place rhubarb on top.

    Bake at 400° for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bake for 30 minutes longer.
