  • pastry for 9-inch pie with strips
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. rhubarb, diced
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar, salt and rhubarb. Add juice. Turn into pastry lined pie pan. Dot with butter. Cover with strips of pastry to make a lattice. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350° and bake 20 minutes on foil covered cookie sheet in middle of oven.
