- 2 c. raw rhubarb
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Cut rhubarb into 1/2-inch pieces.

2Beat eggs; pour over rhubarb.

3Mix sugar and flour; mix with rhubarb.

4Stir until rhubarb is well coated.

5Place in 2 pie shells.

6Bake for 10 minutes at 400°, then turn temperature to 350° and continue to bake for 30 minutes more.
