  • 2 c. raw rhubarb
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. flour

    Cut rhubarb into 1/2-inch pieces.

    Beat eggs; pour over rhubarb.

    Mix sugar and flour; mix with rhubarb.

    Stir until rhubarb is well coated.

    Place in 2 pie shells.

    Bake for 10 minutes at 400°, then turn temperature to 350° and continue to bake for 30 minutes more.
