  • 2 c. rhubarb
  • 1 tsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • pastry for 2 crusts

Directions

    Combine pie plant with sugar and flour; turn into pie shell. Dot with butter.

    Cover top with crust, allowing steam vents and bake in hot 450° oven for 15 minutes.

    Lessen heat and bake until well browned.

    Top with 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup apples or 1/2 cup peaches.
