  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 1 piece butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell

    Put rhubarb in uncooked pie shell.

    Beat other ingredients into custard.

    Pour over rhubarb.

    Bake at 400° for 1 hour until custard is set.

    Make meringue with egg whites.

    Place on top of custard.
