- 2 egg yolks
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 1 piece butter
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
Directions

1Put rhubarb in uncooked pie shell.

2Beat other ingredients into custard.

3Pour over rhubarb.

4Bake at 400° for 1 hour until custard is set.

5Make meringue with egg whites.

6Place on top of custard.

7Bake until golden brown.
