  • 4 c. rhubarb
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/4 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour and salt together and add to rhubarb.

    Beat eggs and mix them in.

    Pour into crust and dot with butter.

    Bake at 450° for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° for about 1/2 hour longer.
