  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 4 c. rhubarb

    Cut rhubarb in 1 inch pieces. Beat eggs slightly.

    Stir in milk, sugar, flour, nutmeg and rhubarb in 9-inch unbaked pie crust.
