- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 c. rhubarb, cut into small pieces
Directions

1Line an 8-inch pie plate with pastry.

2Sift sugar and flour together and combine with beaten egg.

3Stir rhubarb into mixture. Pour into pastry lined plate.

4Cover with top crust or lattice crust.

5Trim and seal.

6Bake in a hot oven at 400° for about 35 minutes.
