- 12 oz. frozen or fresh Rhubarb (thaw & drain if using frozen)
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine
- 2 pie shells
Directions

1Line 9-inch pie pan with 1 crust.

2Mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt.

3Stir into rhubarb.

4Pour into pie pan.

5Dot with butter and sprinkle lemon juice all over.

6Bake 40-50 minutes at 375.
