  • 3 c. rhubarb, sliced
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour (rounded)
  • 2 egg yolks

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour and egg yolks.

    Mix with rhubarb.

    Put in an unbaked pastry shell.

    Bake until rhubarb is done (approximately 45 minutes).

    May top with meringue.
