- 1 small pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 c. dry cake mix (white or yellow)
- 5 Tbsp. melted shortening
- 1 c. hot water
Directions

1Cut rhubarb in 1-inch pieces.

2Place in bottom of well-greased 9 x 10-inch or 10 x 12-inch pan.

4Bake for 34 to 44 minutes in 350° oven or until brown.
