- 2 c. cut-up rhubarb
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. hot water
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- cake batter for 1 layer cake (use mix or own recipe)
Directions

1Pour batter into greased pan.

2Put cut rhubarb over batter. Dot with margarine and sprinkle with sugar.

3Pour hot water over all.

4Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
