  • 2 c. cut-up rhubarb
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • cake batter for 1 layer cake (use mix or own recipe)

Directions

    Pour batter into greased pan.

    Put cut rhubarb over batter. Dot with margarine and sprinkle with sugar.

    Pour hot water over all.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
