  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 c. chopped rhubarb

    Boil sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla.

    Pour this over the chopped rhubarb which has been put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
