- 2 cups Water
- 1 package Baby Carrots (about 2 Pounds)
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Honey Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Chopped Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Chopped Parsley
Directions

1Heat water until it reaches a full boil. Add carrots. Cook carrots over medium heat 10-12 minutes until they are crisp-tender. Drain the water. Remove carrots from pan, cover to keep warm.

2Add butter, sugar, mustard and rosemary to same saucepan. Cook 2 minutes or until butter is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Add carrots, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into serving bowl and sprinkle with parsley. Serve and enjoy.
