- 4 c. sugar
- 1 or 2 pkg. raspberry Jell-O
Directions

1Wash and cut rhubarb in uniform pieces.

2Add sugar; let set overnight.

3Next day, cook slowly until tender, stirring often. Add 1 or 2 packages raspberry Jell-O, depending on how thick you wish it to be.

4Put in jars and keep in refrigerator.
