- 8 c. rhubarb, cut up
- 2 qt. water
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 4 c. sugar
- 7-Up or ginger ale
Directions

1Cook rhubarb and water until tender; strain (throw away rhubarb pulp).

2While still hot, add Jell-O, lemon juice and sugar.

3Put in container and freeze.

4Serve 2 scoops or more of slush in a glass with 7-Up or ginger ale.
