- 4 c. diced rhubarb
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
- 1 Jiffy yellow cake mix
- 1 c. water
- 5 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1In a 7 x 10-inch pan, spread rhubarb in bottom, 1/2-inch thick.

2Sprinkle the sugar over rhubarb, then sprinkle jello and cake mix.

3Add the water and melted butter.

4Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
