- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. rhubarb, cut in 3/4-inch lengths
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. butter
Directions

1Heat 1/4 cup butter in a 1-quart dish in 425° oven until it bubbles.

2Meanwhile, beat eggs with milk, then gradually beat in flour and salt.

3Pour batter into bubbling butter.

4Drop rhubarb into center of batter.

5Do not mix.

6Bake in 425° oven for 25 minutes or until crust is brown.
