  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened (room temperature)
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Crust: Mix butter, flour and nuts together. Press into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool.
