- 3 lb. spareribs (country-style)
- 1 c. strained peaches (two 4 1/2 oz. jars baby food)
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. ginger
- 2 Tbsp. shoyu
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions

1Rub spareribs on both sides with salt and pepper.

2Put ribs in foil lined shallow pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 450°. Drain fat. Pour sauce over ribs.

3Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°, basting occasionally.
