  • 3 lb. spareribs (country-style)
  • 1 c. strained peaches (two 4 1/2 oz. jars baby food)
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. shoyu
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

    Rub spareribs on both sides with salt and pepper.

    Put ribs in foil lined shallow pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 450°. Drain fat. Pour sauce over ribs.

    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°, basting occasionally.
