- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms
- 2 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper in butter until transparent.

2Add rice and brown a little.

3Add salt.

4Add chicken broth.

5Steam rice mixture in hot chicken broth for 25 or 30 minutes.
