- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. toasted almonds
- 1 c. frozen cut green beans, thawed
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. instant brown rice
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
Directions

1Cook and stir onion in hot butter until tender. Add broth, lemon juice and garlic powder.

2Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Bring to a heavy boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
