  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 large pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 chopped onion
  • dash of garlic
  • dash of salt
  • pepper, if you like
  • 1/2 c. almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 c. butter

Directions

    Cook rice and broccoli by directions; drain broccoli.

    Melt butter in pan.

    Add soup, cheese, garlic, milk, almonds and onions.

    In baking dish, mix rice and broccoli, then add other mixture on top and mix in.

    You may add ham, chicken or tuna, also green pepper.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
