- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 large pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 chopped onion
- dash of garlic
- dash of salt
- pepper, if you like
- 1/2 c. almonds, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Cook rice and broccoli by directions; drain broccoli.

2Melt butter in pan.

3Add soup, cheese, garlic, milk, almonds and onions.

4In baking dish, mix rice and broccoli, then add other mixture on top and mix in.

5You may add ham, chicken or tuna, also green pepper.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
