- 4 to 6 pork chops
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large onion
- 1 large tomato sauce
Directions

1Grease bottom and sides of a 12 x 8-inch shallow pan.

2Pour rice evenly over bottom.

3Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Place on top of rice.

4Spread onion evenly over pork chops.

5Pour tomato sauce over all.

6Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour or until pork chops are brown.
