- 2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 c. carrots, sliced
- 2 c. broccoli, cut up
- 2 c. cauliflower, cut up
- 1 c. water chestnuts
- 1 c. bamboo shoots
Directions

1Cook rice.

2While cooking rice, prepare vegetables.

3A variety of vegetables can be used.

4I have listed a few veggies we usually use, but feel free to add your own favorites.

5To cook vegetables, stir-fry carrots for 1 minute.

6Add cauliflower; stir-fry for 1 minute.

7Add broccoli, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots; stir-fry for 2 minutes.

8Add cooked rice; mix.

9Sprinkle soy sauce to taste.
