  • 4 c. cooked rice
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 5 or 6 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Drain rice on cloth.

    Add eggs, salt, pepper and parsley. Chill.

    Fry in deep oil until light brown.
