- 2 lb. rice, cooked until sticky the night before
- 1 small onion
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 container plain bread crumbs
Directions

1Filling:

2Brown ground beef and onion (drain grease if necessary) and add sauce.

3Add peas and simmer until peas are tender.

4Cool to lukewarm.

5Mix rice, cheese, 4 eggs and 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce.

6Using 1/2 cup rice mix, form a cup in your hand; fill with 2 tablespoons meat filling.

7Add more rice mixture, forming a ball.
