- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 lb. sausage (Bob Evans), browned and drained well
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine rice and sausage.

2Spoon rice into a greased shallow baking dish.

3Combine eggs, milk and salt.

4Pour over rice mixture.

5Top with grated cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Cut in squares and serve.

7We like salsa spooned over the top.
