- 11/16 cup almonds sweet
- 4 almonds bitter
- 2 tablespoons fruits candied citrus, diced
- 4 1/4 cups milk
- 1 1/16 cups rice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 lemon
- salt
- breadcrumbs
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 95 degrees Celsius.

2Peel and blanch the almonds and crush in a mortar with 2 tablespoons of sugar.

3Cook the rice in the milk about 20 minutes.

4Add the almonds, sugar and candied fruit.

5When the mixture is cold, add the eggs and apinch of salt.

6Place in a greased baking pan and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.

7Bake for about 10 minutes or until just set. Allow to cool.

8Cut into almond shapes, and when ready to serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
