- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. dry rice
- 1 can beef bouillon
- 1 can beef consomme
Directions

1Melt oleo in frypan.

2Brown onion in oleo.

3Add rice and brown lightly.

4Pour bouillon and consomme over rice.

5Add dash of salt if desired.

6Pour at once into greased casserole.

7Bake at 325° uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
