- 2 sticks butter
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 2 pkg. chopped broccoli (8 to 10 oz. each)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. diced cheese
- 1 box Minute rice (uncooked, 7 oz.)
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet.

2Saute onion and broccoli until tender (about 20 minutes).

3Combine rest of ingredients.

4Combine all ingredients.

5Pour into lightly greased loaf-baking dish.

6Bake about one hour at 350°.
