- 1 can Mexicorn
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stick butter
- grated cheese
Directions

1Cook rice until it cooks dry.

2Add uncooked corn (drained) and soup and butter.

3Mix good; pour into greased casserole dish. Cover with grated cheese.

4Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
