- 4 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. diced, cooked turkey or chicken
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
Directions

1Melt butter. Add curry.

2Heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in onion and saute. Add flour, salt and pepper.

3Add broth.

4Cook and stir until it boils.

5Cook 2 minutes longer. Add turkey and lemon peel.

6Heat to boiling.

7Serve over rice.
