  • 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. parsley
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • basil to taste
  • thyme to taste

Directions

    Mix green pepper, parsley, onion, basil and thyme with rice. Melt cheese with milk and pour over rice mixture.

    Bake about 30 minutes in 350° oven, until cheese browns slightly.
