- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. parsley
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- basil to taste
- thyme to taste
Directions

1Mix green pepper, parsley, onion, basil and thyme with rice. Melt cheese with milk and pour over rice mixture.

2Bake about 30 minutes in 350° oven, until cheese browns slightly.
