- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
- 3 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 3 c. shredded Jack cheese
Directions

1Combine chiles, sour cream and salt. Spread 1 cup cooked rice in a 2-quart casserole.

2Top with a layer of 1/3 of the sour cream mixture, then 1/3 of the cheese.

3Repeat layers.

4Bake, covered, at 350° for 20 minutes.

5Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
