- 1/2 c. raw rice
- 4 oz. can mushrooms
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1 can onion soup
Directions

1Melt butter and add rice.

2Brown.

3Add mushrooms that have been drained and chopped fine.

4Stir until almost brown.

5Add 1 can of onion soup and 1/2 can of water.

6Pour into casserole. Cover and bake about 30 minutes at 350° until most of the moisture is gone.
